They are not the standard pedigree charts & family group sheets.
These forms are extremely valuable for organizing your research.
I saved these forms in Rich Text Format. This

I wanted to thank you for offering your
forms for free download. I also want
to let you know that I
use a Mac, and had no trouble downloading them and opening the zipped
archive with Stuffit Expander, and opening the documents with Word.
I thought you might want to mention on your
page that your downloads are cross-platform, and that Mac users can
download and use either Stuffit Expander or ZipIt to unzip the archive.

Used for problem solving.
Use this form to track your correspondence with relatives.
|Film Order Log|
A form I use to keep track of which films I have ordered from the local LDS
Family History Center, and when they will be sent back.
|Notes and Comments|
I have found it extremely useful to keep track of notes, comments and ideas
as they pertain to a particular ancestor.
A bit different than the research log. It helps me track where I've
been and what I've been doing for the entire project. It also keeps
track of time spent at repositories in order to qualify for the 1000
hours of research time necessary to achieve accreditation through the Family
History Library accreditation program.
Tracks what research has been done on a particular ancestor.
Helps to extract Soundex records.
